Manchester United winger Wilfried Zaha, who is currently on loan at Cardiff City, is hoping for a chance at Old Trafford following David Moyes’ departure as manager.
The once highly-rated winger was tipped to become a real star of the game before he moved to United.
However, he was not given a chance by Moyes and was shipped out to Cardiff on a short-term loan basis.
But now that is over with, he is hoping to get the chance to prove himself at Old Trafford.
As quoted on the Sky Sports website, he said: “I hope to still have a future there. I will go in for pre-season and give my best. Had the manager stayed, I’m not sure that would be the case.
“I have four years left on my contract at United. Had Moyes stayed I would have had to think about some other options.”
