Thibaut Courtois does not yet know whether he will start next season at Chelsea.
Courtois is currently in his third season on loan at Atletico Madrid, where he has established himself as one of the finest goalkeepers in the world.
Jose Mourinho, the Chelsea boss, has already said that he wants the young Belgian back at Stamford Bridge in the summer, but the 21-year-old does not want to play second fiddle to long-term No.1 Petr Cech. Atletico are keen to have in their ranks for a fourth season in a row.
The young Belgian previously suggested he wanted his future sorted out before the start of March, but he now says he is in no rush to decide where he will play next season.
He told AS: “I do not want to rush and make a bad decision. We must still think about it. It is difficult with so many interested parties, plus it’s not the only time to think about my future.
“I belong to Chelsea, I have a contract, and I do not have to rush to make a decision.” (TalkSport)
