Reports have claimed Liverpool have been given a boost after attacker Michel Bastos’ agent revealed that he could be leaving Roma at the end of the season.
The 30-year-old joined the Giallorossi on a six-month loan but has failed to impressed during his time there and he now accepts that he may have to move on.
And Liverpool, who are keen to add some more depth to their squad, with be boosted in the chase after Bastos’ representative, Emanuel De Kerchove, has admitted he is still not sure where he will be next season.
As quoted on the SportsDirectNews website, he said: “Michel has had a great time at Roma.
“His feeling towards the group and Rudi Garcia is really positive.
“But, for now, it has not been officially decided whether the club will keep him or not.”
