Agent puts world of football on alert as Arsenal target is ‘free to leave’

There has been some reports which have claimed Stuttgart striker and long-term Arsenal target Mohammed Abdellaoue is free to move during the summer transfer window, his agent has insisted.

Abdellaoue was linked with Arsenal a couple of seasons ago after he notched 24 and 16 goals in back-to-back seasons from 2010 to 2012 for Hanover.

However, his form has since dipped, netting just eight Bundesliga goals in an injury-ravaged year and now his agent is putting the word out to potential suitors that his client is ready to leave the German club.

As quoted on the SportsDirectNews website, he said: “There is a good chance that Mohammed moves to another club during the next transfer window.

“There have been no formal requests for him so far, but it is normal that many rumours revolve around him,”
