Arsenal and Chelsea have entered the race to sign Inter Milan winger Ivan Perisic.
The Croatian is a long term target of Jose Mourinho at Manchester United but he now faces genuine competition from the Premier League duo.
Mourinho was reported to have flown to Croatia during the International break to try to persuade Perisic to join him at Old Trafford this summer, it is still unclear if the outcome of the meeting was positive or not.
Perisic has been in good form since he joined Inter from Wolfsburg in 2015, but the club seem to have not noticed the player’s contribution, and reportedly want to sell him.
Antonio Conte is looking for attacking reinforcement as he faces the risk of losing some of his top players like Eden Hazard and Diego Costa this summer. The Italian wants to add more quality to his lineup and sees Perisic as a top option for them.
Arsene Wenger is expecting to lose Alexis Sanchez, Mesut Ozil, and Alex Oxlaide-Chamberlain among others this summer, he has been trusted with the responsibility of overhauling the Gunners despite his future shrouded in doubt.
Inter hope to get a bid in the region of £33 Million for the winger
