Hull boss Steven Bruce has confirmed his interest in signing Arsenal striker Yaya Sanogo.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger wants the 20-year-old Ivory Coast striker to join a Premier League team on a short-term deal to gain experience.
And the Tigers boss admits he is monitoring Sanogo’s situation.
As quoted on the Daily Star website, he said: “It’s been made clear that the boy might be available on loan and it’s something we’ll have a look at.
“We have got four or five things going, like most Premier League clubs. We’ll have to wait and see but, as usual, it will probably happen in the last couple of days of thewindow. Everyone’s jockeying for position.
“If we can bring a couple in to bolster the squad, that would be great.”
