Arsenal ‘have been cleared’ to sign up world class act for £10 million

Arsenal have been cleared to sign Petr Cech with Chelsea happy to let him go for a £10million fee, according to the Metro website.

Cech, who is desperate to secure first-team football for next term, is apparently keen to remain in the Premier League and Arsenal have been tipped to make a summer swoop.

Now reports say Chelsea would be willing to let him to join the Gunners, if they paid his £10million asking price.
