Arsenal has begun planning for life after Alexis Sanchez as it appears that they would be keeping an unhappy player if they do not grant the attacker’s wishes to leave the Emirates this summer.
Arsene Wenger is positive that Sanchez would stay but that hasn’t stopped them from looking at alternatives just in case the worst happens.
However, the Gunners have failed in their first attempt to find a replacement after Real Madrid’s Gareth Bale turned them down.
The Welshman is believed to be looking for a move to the Premier League after being caught on camera discussing with Jose Mourinho following Real Madrid’s loss to the Red Devils. Mourinho told the attacker he wouldn’t sign him because “you don’t talk to me”.
Bale had previously said he would not play for another English club except Tottenham who is direct rivals with Arsenal. However, he is said to have turned down the Gunners’ offer because they are not competing in the Champions League.
Bale is looking for a new club after Real Madrid promised Kylian Mbappe that they would break up the BBC combination to accommodate him in their attack, as well as the emergence of Marco Asensio.
