Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez is reportedly keen on moving to Manchester City this summer.
According to the press, Sanchez prefers City over German champions Bayern Munich, but his agent is pushing his client to make the move to Germany.
Arsenal manager would, of course, love the Chilean to remain at the Emirates, but that is unlikely now that they are not in next season’s Champions League but if the club is forced into letting the 28-year-old leave, then they would rather it be abroad than to a direct rival.
Reports coming out of Sanchez’s home country have claimed that two serious offers have already been made and putting two and two together it would seem those two offers are probably Bayern and City.
As things right now, if the latest reports are to be believed, it would seem that Pep Guardiola is favourite to secure the signature of the player he signed for Barcelona when he was the manager there.
A lot also depends on whether Arsene Wenger plays hardball or not, though that also depends on if the Frenchman is still the Arsenal manager over the summer.
