Arsenal is on the verge of selling one of their stars after Turkish club side Galatasaray arrived in England to continue talks with the Gunners and the midfielder.
Egyptian midfielder Mohammed Elneny has been attracting the interest of several European sides despite failing to hold down a regular playing spot in the Gunner’s first team.
Former Premier League Champions, Leicester City made a bid of £10 million for the midfielder and the Gunners accepted the offer, but the Foxes could not convince Elneny to join them.
Galatasaray is said to have made an offer in the same region which was accepted, and they have been given permission to speak with the Egyptian.
Elneny still has a deal that runs out in 2020 with the Gunners, but Wenger is willing to make some quick money for the player he signed for £5 million from Basel.
If Elneny does move, Wenger may offer Jack Wilshere another chance to play for his future as well as offer Oxlade Chamberlain his contract demand to keep him at the Emirates.
