Arsenal second choice goal keeper David Ospina, has said he is open to a move to Fenerbahce if the Gunners accept the club’s bid. According to Turkish reports, Fenerbahce has prepared a bid of £6 million for the Colombian who starred at the 2014 World Cup.
Ospina has been unable to take over the number one jersey from Petr Cech and is said to be looking for a move to where he can play regularly. Arsenal used Ospina in the Champions League this year, but with the campaign ending in a 10-2 aggregate humiliation in the hands of Bayern Munich, Ospina is unlikely to feature again for the club this season.
Ospina came close to joining another Turkish side, Besiktas last season, only for the deal to fall through.
According to the reports, Ospina considers Turkey a great place to stay, and he believes it would be an interesting challenge playing in the Turkish top flight.
Arsenal will be busy in the transfer market this season, may allow the Goalkeeper leave to make room for a new one.
