The British media is reporting that Arsene Wenger is planning to pull off a deal for Chelsea teenage striker, Tammy Abraham.
The 19-year-old striker has had a stellar campaign this season on loan at Bristol City. He has scored 26 goals in 48 matches for the Championship team.
Abraham recently spoke about the uncertainty surrounding his future and claimed that he is unsure of what the future holds for him. According to him, he would love to get back to Chelsea and be part of their first team plans but does not know if he features in Antonio Conte’s plan for next season.
Arsenal are looking for a new striker, and they have identified several top strikers like Lyon’s Alexandre Lacazette, but if they fail to qualify for the Champions League, they may lose out on the big name strikers, and Tammy Abraham is unlikely going to ask for European football before he moves.
Arsene Wenger has a reputation for helping young players develop their talents, and he believes he can convince Abraham to move across town to join him at the Emirates.
