Arsenal sign up 27-goal hitman as boss ‘wishes him good luck at new club’?

There has been some reports which have claimed Bayern Munich manager Pep Guardiola has wished Arsenal target Mario Mandzukic good luck in his new adventure.

The Croatian star’s position has been in doubt since the club announced the summer arrival of Robert Lewandowski from Borussia Dortmund in January.

And despite netting an impressive 27-goals on fifty games this season, there is almost no doubt that he will leave the club and make the move to the Premier League.

And after Guardiola reportedly already wished him well in his next club, it seems a summer move to Chelsea or Arsenal is already done.

As quoted on the SportsDirectNews website, he said: “I wish you good luck in your next team.”

  1. Arsenal just need one quality striker, either Benzema or Mandzikic. They would have back-up in Sanogo and the returning Campbell, who should be part of the Arsenal squad next season. It is imperative that Arsenal keep Campbell since he can offer the same qualities as that of Walcott on the right flank, pace and finishing, which were sorely missed in the latter part of the campaign. With more options, I think the squad can be better rotated, resulting in fewer injuries.
