Arsenal star ready to agree on a move to London rivals

Arsenal midfielder, Jack Wilshere is open to joining a London club, West Ham to be precise. The England midfielder has been declared surplus to requirements, after constantly sustaining injuries. He has just a year left and the Gunners do not have plans to offer him a new deal.

By this time last year, there were several teams willing to take Wilshere on at least a temporary basis, but after performing below the standard that is expected of him and ultimately injuring himself, there appears to be a shortage of teams willing to give him another chance.

Only Sampdoria has made an official bid for his signature. However, Wilshere has no desire to leave England at the moment as he is just starting a new family but has indicated an interest in moving to East London with West Ham.

The Hammers wanted to sign Wilshere last season, and may still want to give him a chance if they can agree to a cut price deal with the Gunners.

Slaven Bilic has made three signings already but is yet to replace Dimitri Payet who left the club in January, Wilshere may be trusted to take the Frenchman’s place.
