Southampton boss Ronald Koeman has told Arsenal that long-term target Morgan Schneiderlin could leave the club this summer.
Arsenal have been monitoring the midfield maestro all season, as they are keen to bolster their midfield.
Schneiderlin came close to quitting the south coast last summer before Saints blocked his reunion with old boss Mauricio Pochettino at Tottenham.
As quoted on the Express, Koeman said: “It will be hard when there is real interest in the player. It is up to the player what he likes to do.
“It is very hard but normally if we have the season like we have so far there will be interest in the players of Southampton.”
