AC Milan boss Pippo Inzaghi is delighted with their deal for Chelsea striker Fernando Torres.
Torres flew in today for his medical and will complete the two-year loan deal from Chelsea.
As quoted on the TMW website, Inzaghi said: “I spoke to Mourinho, as I wanted to ask him how Torres was.
“I wanted to ask what he was like and his general attitude, although from the outside he already seemed to be a good professional. Those sensations were confirmed.
“We thought Torres was a player who could give us a big hand. I sought information on his approach to training and his attitude.
“When they told me he is always the first to arrive at the training ground, I had no doubts in giving the all-clear.
“What a player is like as a man is fundamental and comes before everything.”
