There has been some reports on the Daily Mirror website which have claimed Arsenal have been put on red alert after QPR boss Harry Redknapp revealed that striker Loic Remy is available for around £8million.
It is no secret that Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is a long term admirer of the French International and would love to add him to his strikeforce.
The 27-year-old netted a further 14 Premier League goals in 26 appearances on loan at Newcastle last season, but despite the Toon wanting to keen hold, he wants to play in the Champions League.
And Redknapp has opened the door to a move after admitting: “I don’t see (Loic) Remy wanting to come back and play.
“He’s talking about playing Champions League somewhere.
“I wouldn’t know what he’ll do, but I think he’s got a buy-out clause which is at a reasonable level.”
