Chelsea defender Nathan Ake could be on his way to Bournemouth in January, according to the media.
The Dutchman is currently on loan with the Cherries and it now seems likely that a £10 Million deal will be agreed to make the move permanent.
Ake never made the breakthrough at Stamford Bridge and it was always possible that this loan would be converted into a full blown transfer deal, especially once he he started making an impact under Eddie Howe.
The youngster has proven himself at Dean Court and would more than likely welcome a permanent move to a club going in the right direction.
Providing that the clubs agree on the transfer fee then it is highly likely that Ake will become a Bournemouth player full time in the January transfer window..
Ake joined Chelsea from Feyenoord youth team back in August 2013, he has made just five first team appearances and 22 international appearances for Netherlands.
