Chelsea have got the green light to sign Paulo Dybala with Palermo confirming they’re in talks with English clubs.
Dybala has emerged as a crucial transfer target for Chelsea in recent weeks, with Jose Mourinho known to be a big fan.
And now Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini has confirmed talks with English clubs, with a deal set to be agreed shortly.
As quoted on the Sky Italia website, he said: ‘I’m speaking directly to the presidents of the teams interested in England.
‘There is a lot of interest, the player is very good and we’ll try to find an agreement.’
