There has been some fresh reports which have claimed Christian Atsu is considering a loan move to continue his development.
joined Chelsea from Porto in September last year and was immediately loaned out to Dutch side Vitesse Arnhem.
His performances have made him likely to be included in the Ghana squad for the summer’s World Cup in Brazil and Atsu has admitted that he would be willing to leave Chelsea on loan again next season in order to continue his development.
As quoted on the SportsDirectNews website, he said: “It all depends on Chelsea. If they say that I have to stay in London, then why not?
“Here, I get the chance to develop myself and at Vitesse we play an attacking system.
“Suppose I move to a bigger club and am placed on the bench or I move to a team that plays counter-attacking football, that would leave me feeling like I am going to the office and taking a nap on my desk.”
