Bastian Schweinsteiger is “flattered” by reported interest from Manchester United, according to Bayern Munich chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge.
The German Captain is a shock target for the Red Devils and reports suggest that he will be sold if the right offer is made.
And Rummenigge is planning to speak with the Germany captain, but has admitted the midfielder is faltered from the talk.
As quoted on the Sky Sports website, he said: “I spoke to Bastian Schweinsteiger on the phone while on holiday and we’re going to meet again when he’s back.
“I’m not going to hide the fact that I discerned from these talks that he is flattered by the interest from England.”
