PSG midfielder Marco Verratti, has given the most recent update on his future. The much loved Italian said he intends to discuss his future in the summer. This follows numerous reports linking him with moves to some of Europe’s biggest clubs.
The 24 year old Italian is adored by the fans of PSG, but his agent has intimated that his client might be on the move when the season is over. This has made the player come out to clear all doubts about his future and state his commitment to PSG for at least this season.
Chelsea and Man Utd have consistently been linked with Verratti and it would not have been a big surprise if he ended up at one of those clubs, but that is now starting to look like a long shot.
This midfielder was very disappointed by PSG’s humiliating defeat and ultimate exit from this season’s Champions League by Barcelona. He is said to be desperate to win continental silverware and may have to leave PSG to achieve that goal.
The Italian has four years left on his contract and has always said that he enjoys living in Paris, however he is keeping his options open and could move if the right offer comes.
