Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has admitted he is delighted with Radamel Falcao, after the Colombian helped the club see off PSG.
The on-loan Blues hitman came on the for the final 20 minutes here to help Mourinho’s men to recover from a goal down to see off the French champions on penalties.
He stepped up to score his spot-kick in the shoot-out as the Blues registered their first win of pre-season following Wednesday’s dramatic 4-2 defeat in New York at the hands of the Red Bulls.
As quoted on the Daily Star website, he said: “He isn’t as tired as the others, the others have done 10 days. He’s just done two.
“He has just arrived, trained two days , so he has the sharpness and no fatigue. It was good for him to come in and score in the shootout.”
