Chelsea legend Marcel Desailly has urged Jose Mourinho to sign up Gonzalo Higuian or Edinson Cavani.
Jose Mourinho’s side were knocked out at the last 16 stage of the Champions League competition by Paris Saint-Germain this season but romped to the Premier League title.
And Desailly claims that the current side does not need a lot of tweaking to really challenge for the crown next term.
As quoted on the Daily Star website, he said: “Chelsea needs another striker.
“Costa has done well, Drogba also, but they need a third top player – a Cavani, a Higuain, someone very close to Costa [in ability] to be able to think about winning a Champions League.
“In other areas I don’t see anything unless a player leaves.”
