Chelsea can land top target if they are prepared to include youngster

Everton is hoping to use Chelsea’s interest in top scorer Romelu Lukaku to sign their teenage striker, Tammy Abraham.

Abraham, 19, had a solid season at Bristol City, scoring a whopping 26 goals for the Championship side this season. He is set to return to Stamford Bridge for the preseason before the Blues decide on his next career move.

Chelsea is looking to complete the re-signing of Romelu Lukaku from the Toffees this season, and Ronald Koeman wants Chelsea to use Abraham as a sweetener to the deal.

Everton has slapped a world record £100 million on Romelu Lukaku as top European sides queue up to sign the Belgian.

Tammy Abrahams recently admitted that his Chelsea future is still not clear, but insisted that the club had the final say in where he would move to next.

Abraham is only one of many Chelsea players out on loan, with a small prospect of making the first team in the nearest future.

Antonio Conte would have a look at Abraham during the preseason, but if he does not see the striker as part of his plans for next season, he may allow the striker to leave, albeit on-loan. © 2017 Frontier Theme
