Champions-elect Chelsea, may lose two of their Premier League winning players to Bournemouth this summer. The Blues, who are close to winning the league title, could lose Nathan Ake and Asmir Begovic to the south-coast team.
Nathan Ake had a great time on loan at Bournemouth earlier in the season, before returning to Stamford Bridge during the winter transfer window. Since making the move back to London, he has not feature regularly as he did when he was at Bournemouth. It is believed that the he is willing to leave Stamford Bridge on a permanent basis if he would be guaranteed regular football.
Bournemouth’s Eddie Howe is a fan, and would guarantee the player more time on the field if he were to move to join him.
Asmir Begovic was very close to signing for Bournemouth during the winter transfer window for £10 million, but the Blues refused to sanction the move after failing to land Celtic’s Craig Gordon.
Bournemouth believe they can land the duo for a combined £25 million and they will table an official bid within the next couple of weeks.
