Wolfsburg will only consider offers of £50 million or more for Kevin de Bruyne this summer.
The former Chelsea winger is being linked with a return to the Premier League after impressing at the Germans this season.
However, Kicker says Wolfsburg are bracing for offers for De Bruyne, but the board have agreed no bid will be considered for less than €50 million.
De Bruyne’s agent, Patrick de Koster, said this week: “First of all we need to discuss things with the leaders of Wolfsburg, with whom Kevin is still under contract for four years.
“The club has made a big investment to get him and always shown him a lot of confidence. After that, we will see what his status is and what is on offer from interested clubs.
“He earns €5million or €6million [£3.6m or £4.3m] here but that is not the priority.
“We just want Kevin to continue to flourish and take greater pleasure in playing football.”
