There has been some reports on the TalkSport website which have claimed Chelsea have been given a boost in their chase for highly-rated Vitesse Arnhem star Marco van Ginkel after his agent ruled out a move to Ajax.
Van Ginkel netted eight times in 33 league outings and played a significant role as Vitesse secured a fourth-place finish.
Ajax have been linked with a raid on their domestic rivals for the midfielder, but his representative Karel Jansen believes a move to Amsterdam is unlikely.
He told Dutch newspaper AD: “The chance that Marco goes to Ajax has become minimal. Marco has a contract for two years in Arnhem, so then the story ends.” (TalkSport)
The lad is showing real potential and would suit the style of play at Stamford Bridge. So all they have to do is make a move and he is seemingly there’s.
