Chelsea have made an official transfer bid for Palermo striker and Arsenal target Paulo Dybala, according to one of his representatives.
A host of Europe’s top clubs are believed to be chasing the 21-year-old’s signature, with Palermo apparently prepared to sell one of their prized assets.
But his intermediary Gustavo Mascardi has revealed that Chelsea have also bid for his services, according to the Metro.
‘[Palermo president] Zamparini is asking for £29million and it seems to me like a fair price,’ he told Tuttosport.
‘Chelsea presented an offer a while ago, but it was very low.”
