Paris St Germain attacking midfielder Javier Pastore, is being linked with a transfer to Chelsea next year according to the media.
It appears that Chelsea see Pastore as an ideal replacement for Oscar and are hopeful that he will agree to leave PSG, where he has found game time limited due to injury.
Pastore is an experienced attacking midfielder and considered one of the better players in his position , he will no doubt command a lot of attention from interested clubs, not just Chelsea, however, the West London outfit are seen as the front runners.
This would be a great deal for Chelsea, Pastore would probably be a great success at Stamford Bridge and would more than likely welcome a move to a club that is almost certain to give him more game time than what he is getting in Paris.
If the right offer is made then there is every likelihood that Paris St Germain will agree to allow the player to leave, they will want to avoid keeping a disgruntled player who has had his head turned, especially one that is not an automatic first team choice.
Pastore signed with Paris St Germain from Palermo back in August 2011, he has made 114 first team appearances for the French giants and 27 international appearances for Argentina.
