Chelsea is still looking for some encouragement in order to pursue a deal for PSG shot-stopper, Alphonse Areola.
The Blues have signed former Manchester City deputy Willy Caballero, but are still interested in bringing in Areola just in case Thibaut Courtois ask to leave Stamford Bridge.
Real Madrid looks likely to come back for Courtois as they have failed to land AC Milan’s Gianluigi Donnarumma who is set to sign a new long-term deal with the Italian giants.
Areola spoke recently about his future and indicated that he was open to any other opportunities as he is looking to play more regular football and has found it hard to displace Kevin Trapp at the French club.
However, a move to Chelsea would also not guarantee him first team football except if the Blues lose Courtois to Madrid.
The former Villarreal goalkeeper is also being tracked by Valencia, and Napoli, but he is currently contracted to PSG until 2019.
Playing for Valencia or Napoli would offer him more opportunity to play first team football, and that may turn his attention away from a move to Chelsea.
