It has been reported on the Sky Sports website that Chelsea target Wilfried Bony could stay at Vitesse Arnhem as the Dutch club have ideas to keep the powerful striker.
Vitesse’s interim director Erwin Kasakowski remains hopeful the striker will stay.
“He leaves every day after training. Then he goes home. The next day he comes back, also as one of the first,” he said in Voetbal International.
“No, I do not think he leaves. Up to this moment we have received no serious offer.” (Sky Sports)
The man has hit 22-goals already this season and has been heavily linked with a summer move to Chelsea and various other clubs. So although Vitesse have plans to keep him, his ambitions many see him leave and join a bigger club.
