Chelsea midfielder agrees personal terms with Italian giants

Reports from Italy are claiming that Cesc Fabregas has agreed personal terms with AC Milan for a possible summer move.

Fabregas future has been the subject of many debates this season. The Spaniard is behind Nemanja Matic and N’Golo Kante in the pecking order at Stanford Bridge. Despite this, he has managed to score and assist important goals for Chelsea as they push to win the Premier League. He has started just 9 games all through the season.

At the age of 29 he and the club would feel he needs to play more. The club are said to be ready to offload him from their books, to free themselves of the burden of his huge salary.

AC Milan who had just been taken over by a Chinese consortium is said to have reached a verbal agreement on personal terms with Fabregas, and are waiting for the summer transfer window to open before making an official bid.

AC Milan’s new owners want to take the club back to their glory days, and they want Cesc Fabregas to be the face of the new Milan team. Any new manager that comes in would be asked to build his team around the Spaniard.
