Premier League champions elect, Chelsea have joined the race to sign Inter Milan winger, Ivan Perisic.
The Croatian has been very impressive this season, after scoring 10 goals from his wide position. This statistic is said to have impressed Antonio Conte and he is ready to battle with Manchester United for the player’s signature.
Perisic is believed to be valued around £55 million, but may go for a slightly lower fee. Inter Milan have to sell one of their stars this season to be able to play by the rules of Financial Fair Play, and it is believed that Perisic is the player that could fetch them much money.
United have been on the wingers trail all season, and Jose Mourinho even scouted the player himself during the international break, it is believed the Red Devils are also very keen on signing the player, which means a battle for his signature is about to occur.
Chelsea currently have an advantage over Manchester united, as they have confirmed their participation in the UEFA Champions League next season, while the Red Devils are still struggling to qualify.
