Chelsea to challenge Tottenham for signature of top Spaniard

Real Marid attacking midfielder Isco, could be on his way to Tottenham or Chelsea according to the latest reports in the press.

Tottenham continue to be linked with the young Spaniard and a loan deal looks the most likely option, however, Chelsea are now also said to be interested in taking the player to London.

The Spaniard’s future at Real Madrid has consistently featured in the gossip columns, he has yet to sign a contract extension and there is no sign that one will be offered.

Isco is regarded as a top quality player, he has yet to hit his peak and would be a great addition to any team, there is sure to be a whole host of clubs interested in signing him, not just Tottenham and Chelsea.
This rumour does, if true, make sense for both Tottenham and Chelsea, Isco would fit in perfectly at either club and may well welcome a fresh start away from Spain.

If the right offer is made then there is every likelihood that Real Marid will agree to allow the player to leave, it is unlikely that they want to keep a player that see’s his future elsewhere.

Isco joined Real Marid from Malaga back in June 2013, he has made 104 first team appearances for Real Madrid and 14 international appearances for Spain.
