Chelsea will make a move for classy Brazilian if they fail to land Serie A target

Chelsea is refusing to put all their eggs in one basket when it comes to the signing of a new left-back.

The Blues were thought to be close to agreeing on a deal with Juventus for the transfer of Brazilian full-back Alex Sandro, but a late interest from PSG Has thrown doubt into the move.

According to reports, Sandro who looked set to undergo a medical in London last next week has decided to consider PSG’s proposal. The former French Champions are rebuilding their squad, and are looking to sign some of Europe’s best players so that they can convince their star men such as Marco Verratti of their commitment towards becoming a European super power.

The media is now reporting that the Blues have made contact with FC Porto over the possibility of them signing their defender Alex Telles.

Telles is one of the best full-backs in Europe right now and made the highest number of assist for a full back in Portugal last season. He is a typical Brazilian full-back who loves to maraud forward, but his time in Europe has helped him better his defensive ability.

FC Porto signed him for £7 million, but his value has since increased, and the Blues should expect to pay around £20 million for his service.
