The media is now reporting that the Blues have made contact with FC Porto over the possibility of them signing their defender Alex Telles.
Telles is one of the best full-backs in Europe right now and made the highest number of assist for a full back in Portugal last season. He is a typical Brazilian full-back who loves to maraud forward, but his time in Europe has helped him better his defensive ability.
FC Porto signed him for £7 million, but his value has since increased, and the Blues should expect to pay around £20 million for his service.
