Arsenal second choice goalie David Ospina is set for a move away from the Emirates.
According to the media, the Colombian has been frustrated by his lack of action as Arsene Wenger continues to field Petr Cech as number one.
Ospina had a great tournament at the 2014 World cup in Brazil which earned him a move to the Emirates, but his career has stalled since then as he has been limited to making only Champions League appearances. The Gunners have failed to qualify for next season’s Champions League which makes it complicated for him.
Per the source, Turkish giants Fenerbahce have been keen on signing the player for the past two transfer windows, and are set to get their man in a deal worth around £5 million.
Arsene Wenger blocked a similar attempt by the Turks, last summer, but it is believed that he is open to negotiation this time around.
Fenerbahce has sent their representatives to London to try and complete early in the summer to avoid unnecessary competition from other teams who are also looking to sign him.
