Two of Tottenham’s most expensive purchases, Mousa Sissoko and Erik Lamela have emerged as targets for Italian clubs.
Erik Lamela who was signed for 30 million pounds four seasons ago as part of a spending spree to cover up for the loss of Gareth Bale, has not featured for the club since October after injuring his hip.
The Argentine is been targeted by Inter Milan who are prepared to risk £10 million for the injury-prone 25 year old. Spurs are said to be willing to do business with the player set to miss the rest of the season having failed to recover from the hip problem that has kept him out of action so far.
France Midfielder, Mousa Sissoko is also a subject of interest from Italian rivals, Juventus and AC Milan. The 27 year old has been a huge disappointment after joining from Newcastle last summer. Despite his claim that he wants to stay and fight for his shirt, Spurs and willing to cut their losses and offload the French man.
If any firm offer does arrive, Spurs may well sanction the moves, as they look to establish themselves as a top team in England.
