Reports have revealed former Arsenal defender Kenny Sansom has reiterated his desire to return to the club in a coaching capacity.
The ex-England international, who spent eight years with the Gunners between 1980 and 1988, took to social media site Twitter earlier this year to share his dream of training Arsenal players or even succeeding manager Arsene Wenger.
And he then returned to the site to answer some of his followers’ questions and admitted he would love to head back to north London.
As quoted on the SportsDirectNews website, a supporter asked Sansom: “Ken would you ever take a coaching role at Arsenal?
The former Three Lions star replied: “In a heart beat, of course.”
