Former Liverpool youngster is not for sale as Tottenham plots summer move

Tottenham’s hope of bringing back former Liverpool youngster star, Suso has suffered a major setback as his Serie A club, AC Milan has declared him unsellable.

Milan has been strengthening their team this summer with the arrival of several big name stars, it was believed that a crop of the players who failed to lead them into Europe last season would be declared surplus to requirements, and Tottenham sought to take advantage and sign Suso.

However, the Spaniard who performed admirably above many of his team mates last season is seen as a part of the club going forward.

Suso enjoyed an early rise through the ranks at Liverpool after Brendan Rodgers trusted him with some first team action early on, but he failed to get assurances about playing time and decided against signing a new deal with the Reds, which forced them to sell him to AC Milan in the summer of 2014. After appearing to have lost his way in football, Suso broke into the Milan first team last season and has not looked back.

Mauricio Pochettino likes how the 23-year-old dictated play for Milan and believe he has developed well enough to thrive in the Premier League.
