Arsenal’s reluctance to sell Alexis Sanchez to a Premier League rival could be PSG’s gain as the French giants return for the Chilean.
Manchester City is keen on signing Sanchez, and the Chilean is also keen on a reunion with his former manager, Pep Guardiola, but the Gunners have ruled out any possibility of them selling to a rival.
Many insiders at the Emirates believe if the Gunners receive an outrageous fee in the region of £90 million from a rival, they could do business, but that would hardly be the case as Sanchez has just one year left on his current deal and could run it down.
PSG have been looking to add new stars to their team, with reports claiming they are willing to pay Barcelona over £190 million for Neymar that would see them trigger his release clause. The French champions have promised star man Marco Verratti that they would sign big name players this summer, and Sanchez fits that description.
The Gunners would be open to selling to PSG, if Sanchez returns from his holiday and insists on leaving the Emirates.
