Giants ready to sell Mourinho his £54 million Chelsea target

Reports have claimed Chelsea could look to sign Edinson Cavani from Paris Saint-Germain, as they are under pressure to sell the player, according to the SportsDirectNews website.

The Uruguay international only arrived at the Parc des Princes from Napoli last summer, but the front-man is believed to be unhappy in France.

With Zlatan Ibrahimovic the undisputed star of this PSG side, Cavani has often had to play out of position to accommodate the Swede, and it is now expected that he will be on his way out of the club after just one season.

And with the French giants needing to sell before they can buy more players in order to adhere to Uefa’s Financial Fair Play regulations, reports have claimed a number of clubs could be after his signature.
