Barcelona fullback and long-term Liverpool target Martin Montoya is keen to leave the Spanish giants in January, according to the Daily Star.
The Spaniard is very highly-rated in the game but he has become very unsettled with life at the Nou camp with game time a rarity.
Now the fullback hopes to get a permanent move for the second-half of the season.
His representative Juan de Dios Carrasco said: “It’s very difficult but we are speaking to the club about finding a solution in the winter market.
“Luis Enrique has already told him he is behind Dani Alves and Douglas, but it now seems he is also behind Adriano.
“My advice to him is to ask for a transfer, not to go out on loan.”
