Chelsea defender Andreas Christensen is happy with his move to Borussia Monchengladbach.
The Dane has joined Gladbach on a season-long loan, as he looks to get some valuable first team minutes under his belt.
As quoted on the Sky Sports website, he said: “I need to reach my next level under (coach Lucien) Favre. He is a top manager who was one of the reasons for my move.
“And unlike the Premier League, young talents here get the chance to play. I must show with Gladbach that I’m mature enough to play for Chelsea.
“That’s the plan.
“It is still too early to talk about it, but if everything runs well here, it is not inconceivable that I stay longer.”
