Danny Ings has opened up and admitted his delight at signing with Liverpool.
The England Under-21 striker scored 11 Premier League goals for Burnley last season to earn his switch.
The transfer fee will be decided by a tribunal as he is under 23 and therefore his current club are entitled to compensation.
“Of course, it is a massive achievement for me and my family,” Ings said on the Daily Star website.
“It is a challenge that I am really looking forward to.
“I am here at the moment and this is my main focus, but when pre-season comes along I will get my head down and work hard to be the best I can be.”
