Arsenal target and Bayer Munich star Xherdan Shaqiri has been told to leave the German side.
The 23-year-old Switzerland winger wants to quit the club after failing to make an impact under Pep Guardiola.
The Gunners are reportedly keen on the star nicknamed the ‘Alpine Messi’ and the ‘the magic dwarf’.
Now honorary Bayern President Franz Beckenbauer admits he will leave in January.
As quoted on the Daily Star website, he said: “Bayern have already given some indications to the lad.
“He can leave Bayern Munich during the winter transfer window.
“Personally, i want players who want to stay here with us, for me if a player doesn’t want to be here then it’s right he go to another club.”
