Tottenham have not seen the last departure from White Hart this summer despite a lack of new signings coming in, with reports yesterday linking injured Danny Rose with a move away from White Hart Lane.
Rose has been out with an injury since the end of January and is still recuperating ahead of the new season, but that has not stopped clubs from expressing interest in his services.
Inter Milan was monitoring him last season before he got injured, but the Nerazzurri cooled their interest when he got injured. However, now that he is close to returning to full fitness, the Italians want to sign him this summer.
Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho was very interested in Rose last season and there was talk of him moving to Old Trafford in a part exchange deal that would see Luke Shaw move the other way. Mourinho still does not trust Shaw that much, neither does he trust Daley Blind or Matteo Darmian who usually deputise for the England man.
Rose signed a new five years contract worth £70,000 per week with Tottenham last season, which puts the negotiating power in the hands of the Lilywhites, and Spurs would not sell him cheaply.
