Napoli have conceded Faouzi Ghoulam could leave this summer, with Arsenal circling for his signature.
The Gunners have stepped up their interest for the Serie A star, as Arsene Wenger looks to bolster his defence.
And Napoli manager Maurizio Sarri has conceded that the club will struggle to keep hold of the Algeria international.
‘We are going to really struggle if Ghoulam leaves now. I have no replacement for him, especially as Strinic is yet to recover from injury,’ he said on the Metro website.
‘We need his services as we don’t have enough back-up solutions. Ghoulam has a huge potential, he has plenty of room for improvement, especially defensively.
‘I will be very disappointed if he leaves us.’
