The onslaught on Arsenal for their best players is still ongoing with reports this morning claiming that Italian giants AC Milan have joined the race for their defender, Laurent Koscielny.
The French defender is one of the best in the Premier League right now and has been one of the League’s best performers since he moved to North London in 2010. He has also been one of the most loyal players in the game so far, but that stance might change this summer.
The Gunners failed to qualify for the Champions League this season which has thrown the future of several of their key players in doubt.
Koscielny has previously talked about the importance of playing in the Champions League, claiming it is the best competition for the best players in the world.
AC Milan is not the only club side looking to sign the Frenchman, Manchester City, Chelsea and other clubs from China have also expressed interest in the defender.
Arsenal is not ready to sell him at the moment, and the fact that the defender has more than one year left on his current contract plays to their advantage.
