Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp will be given a massive £100 Million plus to spend on new players in the summer transfer window.
Klopp has already spoken about his intentions in the transfer window and following the win on Sunday over Middlesbrough that confirmed the Reds entry into the Champions League he stated that he will be speaking with the football director Michael Edwards about summer targets.
Speaking before the Middlesbrough game Klopp said: “Liverpool is a really interesting prospect for players that might come to this club and Champions League would be the icing on the cake.”
Well, Liverpool has qualified for the Champions League and you can expect them to target high calibre players in the knowledge that playing in Europe’s main competition will be a huge attraction.
Klopp has a reputation of finding quality players, his record at Borussia Dortmund showed that and it would not be a surprise to see him target his former club and the Bundesliga specifically, he knows that market better than anyone in English football and knows exactly the sort of player that will flourish in the Champions League.
